SPHERE Technology Solutions, New Jersey’s fastest growing, woman-owned services firm, participated in the Hoboken Business Center’s Annual Career Academy at their US Headquarters in Hoboken, NJ on September 28th.
SPHERE Technology Solutions was pleased to host a large group of high school students at the company site in Hoboken during the day-long event. SPHERE employees spent the day teaching the students about the culture of a corporate business environment and what career opportunities are available in the field of Information Technology. President and Founder, Rita Gurevich, talked to the students about being an entrepreneur, starting a business on her own and growing it to the size it is today. The students experienced the way in which Rita and her staff write statements of work and conduct product and service webinars. Asked about his experience one student said, “Seeing how she went from working by herself to having this company was exciting, makes me feel that I can do what I want, too.”
Rita said “Working with kids to show them how they can reach their full potential just emboldens me to help more in the community. It was my absolute pleasure to contribute to this event.”
